I got 3 rods without thinking too much, did I mess up?

I always liked fishing, but never too big into it. Used to get Walmart cheap rods, kiddo was young and broke a few.

Kiddo is older now, and I wanted nicer stuff to take fishing more seriously, but I didn't really know how much research I needed to do. The fish were after is mackerel with feathers, stripped bass, and trout. Maybe flounder sometimes.

I got a penn for bait fishing sea bass, and 2 rods from China to be all purpose rods that are light and we can cast all day with for mackerel and use the Purelure if were both bait fishing for strippers. I spent a lot of money and I am starting to doubt myself lol.

Are these appropriate for what I want or did I waste a whole bunch of money?

Penn came with its own Pursuit IV 6000 reel, and I got 2x Piscifun Carbon X 4000 for the Chinese carbon fiber light rods.
