How to exit the corp without repaying RB

With the current administration and the unknown of everything, I would really like to exit the corp. When I signed up 3 years ago my life was really different. Now I have small children and would hate to be deployed. I also could make sooooo much more as a civilian. Promotions were important to me because it would help bring my wage to a comparable level to my civilian counterparts. However it’s clear those aren’t happening.

So my question is this: is there a way to get out of the corp without repaying my retention bonus? What if I don’t submit a COER? Or get bad marks on my COER? What if I’m not recommended for promotion? Anything?
