Any option for “clip on” TT style aerobars for a modern road bike?

I have a time trial coming up and have a Tarmac SL8. While it’s plenty more aero than any other bike I’ve had I’ll still be competing against real TT bikes. (There is no Merckx category).

I don’t have an integrated 1 piece bar setup but I am using the SL7 stem + Roval Rapide bars. It has aero tops so I can’t attach those old school TT style bars on them like you would with round shaped drop bars.

I’m wondering if there’s anything aftermarket and available to the public that I can attach to my current setup to put me in a TT position?
