Please Help - Trades Disabled / Broken FPL

We just had our draft within the FPL Draft mode, but for some reason we cannot make trades. The option simply does not appear, unless it is in a different location (not transactions). I am the administrator within the league, and I have the setting as "Administrator veto," not "No trades."

Is there a delay or something after the draft during which you cannot make trades?

If anyone has a fix or reason for why this is the case, thanks!
