What kind of lawyer do I need?

Long story but found out 2 months ago that there was a car loan opened in my name back in 2023 (along with some other guy that I don’t know) and it went into default. I have Norton ID protection and they didn’t notice anything neither did my bank. I filed a dispute with experian (did not show up on the other two credit agency reports) and with Norton. I also filed a police report. Norton called the car loan company and had me file a report. Car loan company claims they have nothing with my social or my dob. I thought everything was resolved because it was deleted from my experian profile but the car loan company sent me a letter saying everything is correct and that I needed to pay the remaining balance after the car was sold at auction.

Now I’m considering engaging a lawyer to settle things with the car loan company cause they won’t give me any info. What kind of lawyer do I need to look for?

TLDR: have a fraud car loan on my Experian credit report. It was deleted 2 weeks ago but the car loan company claims it is mine but won’t give me any more info. What lawyer do I need to resolve this?
