Please help…

Can somebody please help me figure out why my LR3 is empty but the blue light won’t stop flashing. When I hit reset, the yellow light starts flashing. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting steps on the website, bypassed the pinch sensor…tried everything but throwing this junk off a cliff. Please help me out
