question about srar

Hey, I've submitted my Common App, and my SRAR is done, but I haven't pressed 'Complete' yet. Should I press 'Complete' before I receive my AIS or after I receive my AIS? I'm just asking because I heard that ur app isn't fully completed before u submit ur SRAR
