My pc keeps crashing PLEASE HELP

I recently bought a pc from cyberpower pc (yall dont even start i know okay i know) but when i turned it on i noticed a red light where it says vga i do not know much about pcs i asked a friend and they said to not worry about it and i didnt until recently when my pc started crashing every single time i turn it on itll be fine for a few minutes and all of the sudden the screen will be corrupt theres like a pattern of small static rectangles all over and sometimes theres static lines sometimes its green lines and itll crash and turn off from what ive gathered im assuming its my GPU i have the geforce rtx 3070 i feel like ive done everything under the sun updated my drivers fully wiped my pc moved the GPU to a new slot tried the hdmi cables in the different slots ive reset the CMOS made sure all the cables are plugged in right is there any hope i could fix this? They offered to replace it but itll take weeks
