People who’ve had C-sections - are you embarrassed about the scar?

For context - I’m a man, haven’t had any children, and overweight - I totally understand being self conscious about your body. I’m just curious because it’s portrayed in media so much that women are ashamed of their C-Section scars. I personally don’t think that it’s embarrassing at all (from a man’s perspective). So can someone explain why they’re embarrassed or why media portrays it as a negative thing?
