Constantly getting disconnected after update

I played for twenty minutes last night (AU timezone) and quit after a DC and no 9 Star quests popping up. This morning I hopped back on, still no 9 star quests but I thought I'd try SOS'ing which got me plenty of choice. The problem is I can't stay connected any more. I'm working around it by joining and finishing the quest with AI helpers but it's frustrating. I've played over a hundred hours in the past two weeks with maybe a couple of DCs. This morning I'm DC'ing every 2-3 minutes, sometimes less.

I don't think it's an issue with my net as my son is playing via WiFi on his Xbox X with no problem whereas I'm on the PC with ethernet.
