Dallas Field Office Interview – 3 Months, No Update After Police Report Submission

Hi everyone,

I’m a British citizen and my wife is American. We had our USCIS interview at the Dallas field office about 3 months ago. During the interview, the officer requested my police report, which I uploaded to the USCIS portal shortly after. The field officer told us at the time that they would send us a letter, but 3 months have passed and we still haven’t heard anything—no letter, no case status update. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? At this point, what would be the best thing to do—should I raise a service request, call USCIS, or try to get in touch with the field office directly? Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
