Build not turning on

Hello. This is my first time building a PC so I may be doing somthing stupid but I’m currently at a loss. After assembling when trying to turn the PC nothing happens. No fans, nothing on the monitor, no lights, nothing.

All parts are brand new and I’ll include a list below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core Processor CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler Thermal Compound: Corsair TM30 3 g Thermal Paste Motherboard: Asus PRIME B850-PLUS WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive Video Card: Asus PRIME GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB Video Card Case: Fractal Design North XL ATX Full Tower Case Power Supply: PURE POWER 12 M 850 W Case Fan: Corsair RS120 72.8 CFM 120 mm Fans

Here’s all the troubleshooting I have already done

Completely undid and redid power supply and case wiring

Checked that power supply was working using a paper clip method

Plugged the PC into multiple sockets around the house (both with and without socket protector)

Ensured the the F_Panel wire was plugged in

Tried jump starting motherboard with a screwdriver

After all of this I’m still getting nothing ! ;_; any advice would be very appreciated!
