When someone goes to hell do demons torture humans ? is this biblical? and if they do why are the demons not being tortured themselves?

I was just wondering many of the "hell testimonies" where people claim they went to hell as a vision, they see demons torturing them, but i dont really see this biblically. But if demons are torturing humans, who are torturing the demons in the 2nd death? im just a little curious on this topic.
