Weird mech raid drop locations

Hia everyone. So i wanted to know if this is a vanilla quirk or if one of my mods had a mishap that caused this. (i have about 50 errors when i boot the game but it still runs fine).

Whenever a mech raid hits (the ones that only spawn mechs to fight, no structures) they land ON my gravship. Every single drop pod lands on a tile of my dropship and nowhere else in the map. It doesnt matter if im in a flat planes area, on a space station, in a rocky area, it always lands on the gravship. The only exception so far has been that when im at my meteor base they sometimes dont land on the ship. But i think thats because of what part of my faction triggered the raid. I assume the colony on the meteor gets raided then rather then the gravship itsself being raided.

So my question is: Is this a vanilla thing that just happens? Or is it a mod issue? Id love to hear from yall before i tear my modlist apart.
