You can sentence a murderer to life in prison or you can post a deep fake of the murderer serving time in prison

You know that in either case the murderer will never murder nor even hurt someone again. The deep fake would be convincing enough that people outside the murderers social circle, which doesn’t extend beyond a few people, would fall for the misinformation of the person serving time in prison when they were actually allowed to walk free. Because the deep fake wouldn’t involve any actual person being punished you could also make AI generated images of punishments that would be completely illegal in real life where you live. If you use the deep fake then the murderer also wouldn’t be allowed to use their real identity on the internet, unless they were pretending to post from prison, in order to prevent people from being able to see evidence of the persons freedom on the internet. You can only choose one or the other but not both.
