Sim Engine is way too much RNG

I have spent way too much time trying to understand the intricacies of the franchise sim engine and I think it’s time to accept that it’s just way more random than real life should be.

Yeah playbooks and overall factors in but team strength is not as impactful as it should be.

And someone is gonna say teams get upset all the time, and any given Sunday, but no, it happens way too consistently on this game. Does not come close to accurately representing real life.

You can build teams better than any real life time in NFL history and expect to get bounced regularly in the playoffs.

So for the people that like building teams and using the sim engine, find a new hobby cause Madden ain’t the game for you. Flip a coin instead it’ll be more rewarding
