Tri - Lo - Milli

So I am a 20 year old (f) who is about to start Tri lo Milli. I have read so many mixed reviews online about their side effects and experiences which I shouldn’t have because I have severe anxiety and emetophobia. Can anyone give their honest opinion on the medication? I am so scared to take it but I know that it will help me in the long term when it comes to my heavy painful periods , painful ovulation, bad pms and ovarian cysts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
