Chrono and Ballistic Solver Data

Hello, I have sort of a dumb question for you chrono and ballistic computer users. I currently chrono every time I shoot my western hunting rifle to gather data on the impact of environmental factors and use this in my ballistic solver. I am going on my first western hunt this fall and was wondering for those of you that use a ballistic solver which velocity data do you pull from your chrono data? I live in Florida so the odds of me pulling data for conditions similar to my elk hunt this fall is zero. I was planning on averaging out all of my average velocities and using that generalized number. Does any of this matter? Most likely not at all but I want to try to be as thorough as possible
