C-Section vs. Gall Bladder

I know everyone has different experiences and insight so answer me this… She was put under for her c-section and her gall bladder. While I’m not an anesthesiologist or work in the medical field I’ve had multiple surgeries under anesthesia and I guess I don’t understand how she was so “out of it” with Ivory that she couldn’t recall anything for 3 days but with her gall bladder surgery she was home a few hours later and basically acted like nothing happened. I’ve had both my gall bladder and 2 c-sections so I know the incisions are much different but they’re both in the abdomen region and under anesthesia. How could she have such two wildly different experiences? Atleast by what she has portrayed. Is she over exaggerating the c section/birth trauma? Did she even have her gall bladder removed.
