Tips on bleaching my 3b hair?

Hi! I have curly hair, probably around type 3b. It’s fairly blonde but darker, like a 6 on the scale. I’ll add pictures of it with and without product because the color changes based on the saturation. I’d like to get it lighter, not platinum but maybe to around an 8. Do you have any tips on minimizing damage and also upkeep? Thanks so much! (Don’t mind my poorly edited face loll)
