Depressive feelings a month after egg retrieval

Hello, need some of your advices and support here. I was not really affected by the stimulation phase of IVF. I am waiting on pgt a results for another month. I’ve lost interest for most things and felling very tired. Was able to go back to work but other than that, it is very hard. Took a week off next week but wonder what can help other than taking it easy and wait. Thanks !
