Will Amazon Hire Me If I Have Felonies

So long story short, I’ve got a Level 3 robbery resulting in bodily injury and a level 6 theft on my record. These happened in 2024 and I was just released. The bodily injury was a scratch from my nail on the woman’s finger. I’ve seen that Amazon hires murderers, pedo’s and people with way worse charged than mine. I got the job essentially but only if my background check comes back not flagged. I am waiting on my background to come back right now. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone knows people that work at Amazon with charges like mine or if I should keep looking g elsewhere for work?
