Came back to WoW, level 70 and no quests left – what now?

Hey everyone, I just came back to WoW after a break. I wrapped up Shadowlands and Dragonflight, hit level 70, and now it feels like the only things left are dailies.

I mostly just play through quests. Do I basically need to buy TWW to keep going, or is there something I’m missing? I play pretty casually, so I don’t know all the details. How long does TWW last just doing quests?
