Desperately need help

I am playing through the pitt on xbox one and my game crashed while heading up to the top of the building, and now none of the roof is solid, I'm aware this is a well known bug and have tried several work arounds with no success. Tried new save slot and reloading the game, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the pitt, tried uninstalling mothership zeta, tried leaving the steel yard and coming back, and the real kick in the head is I'm at 89 ingots and the last 11 are only accessible via the roof and my whole reason for going into the pitt being the perforator! >:( Any suggestions would be much appreciated I've been trying to troubleshoot this for 2 hours.
