Newbie, decently large server with PD?

Hello! I've been watching FiveM videos on and off for awhile now, but I'm finally feeling the pull to jump in and try getting involved myself. I've roleplayed through various means for ~16 years now so I'm no stranger to that. IRL, I'm going to be testing to join my local PD next month, so I thought it'd be cool to see about jumping onto a FiveM server in a law enforcement role. I'm not sure about what servers there are though and what constitutes a good one, so I'm looking for suggestions for a fairly active/large player base FiveM server that would provide those LEO roles! Thanks in advance!
