Chandelier with six new e14 bulbs but only three works at a time

I just bought 6 new led e14 bulbs and can't figure out why only 3 led lights up.

The funny part is when I put all six led bulbs, none of the bulbs work. When I replace one of the led with an incandescent bulb, 3 led lights up (2 led + 1 incandescent stay off).

Does anyone knows what's the issue and how to fix?
