AIO I got mad my soon to be ex husband stayed put until 5:30am

So my soon to be ex husband (45 years old) and I are going to be going through a divorce soon. We still live together while paying off debt and getting house ready to sell. We have a 4 year old son.

Last night he had went out with friends. Left at 4. We talked about how I had plans today with my friends around noon or so and he was then supposed to take over watching our son while I went out with my friends.

He didnt roll in until 5:30am this morning and I was furious. How the hell is he supposed to take care of our son after staying up all night long?!?!

A bit of history, he falls asleep often while watching our 4 year old. It has been a big argument between us because our son likes to elope. And of my husband is alone with him but sleeping, I worry our son will run out of the house and get hurt. Our son has ADHD and no impulse control so it is very dangerous for him to be alone and no one watching him.

But I'm a controlling bitch because I wanted him home at a somewhat decent hour, I'm talking maybe midnight or 1, not early, and I ruined his night by texting him asking whe he was coming home and reminding him I had plans today. Am I the asshole here??
