The true meaning of Bad Wolf

I saw a similar post but it didn't give any real answers. I know that Rose scattered the word so it would lead her to that place and the reason why was because there last meeting was a Bad Wof bay in Norway but still why ? I might be diving to deep into this but I want to share my theory. When Rose looked into the heart of the TARDIS she saw the flow of time but not only that but the TARDIS actual heart, the TARDIS knows the Doctor better than anyone so what if she knew about something the Doctor would only whisper to him self when the nigths were especially long and Rose got that information, so I wonder if the Bad Wolf is the Doctor. That's what he sees him self as. In 'The Day of The Doctor ' we know that the Doctor counted all the children who died on the last day of the time war and we see flash backs of them and there all dressed in red. So what if the Doctor sees him self as the big bad Wolf from the story little red riding hod. The big Bad wold represents the Doctor and little red riding hod represents the children who were lost.

And I know it's a very far stretch but I wanted to share my Idea but be free to share you opinions and ideas. I would love to hear them.
