Looking for a cheap 4.4mm dac.

I'm in the UK and have iems with a 4.4mm balanced cable. I know that the Apple 3.5 to usb dongle/dac is good for the price and was wondering if there is a dongle/dac that is similar in cost and quality to the Apple one but for a 4.4mm cable? (Under £20) Not looking for a crazy expensive dac but just something that works for a 4.4 output.
