New Job, on my own alot with no help

This is my 5th year in the field, I started my new job in June and I like my position and coworkers however I am on my own alot while my dept supervisor and coworkers are not present when am at work. They are either on vacation, busy or called off. I work within a small dept and not 3 months in I was throw in on my own, I did fine some speed bumps but my coworkers who were not in my dept helped me greatly. Now my supervisor and dept coworkers are upset that I am going to my other coworkers or am figuring out stuff on my own and said am not a team player and I should be going to them for help but they are not there! I really want to mention this to them but currently this dept is short staffed and going through changes, two coworkers left within a year before I came along. Advice?
