Having a Hard Time Finishing DS1

I am up to the Vietnam chapter with Cliff. I have been putting off playing it because I just don't know if I can / want to sit through a 2+ hour cut scene at the end. Is it worth just looking it up on YouTube so I can watch it on my own time vs having to sit though 2+ hours of cut scenes. I have heard they are interactive cut scenes so idk if I should just bite the bullet and do it or YouTube it.
