Suggestions for a gift?

Need a great birthday/anniversary gift for my guy.

He's a mid-millennial, comfortably-set guy in southern California. I am not of the same generation and kind of out of touch, honestly, and I want to find him something that is a bit luxurious and NOT something he'd consider old-man fashion. He wears some pretty great buttondowns, both short- and long-sleeved, and whether casual or dressy they are not the kind of thing you'd wear to a typical office job. Maybe silk, bamboo, mulberry? He loves soft and comfortable. A little spendy is just fine. Where would be a good place for me to start looking?
