Trip to manila next month. Budget tips?

Hello, i'm travelling to manila next month for about 10 days, and i'm staying in makati city ,is a budget of 800 euro is enough (excluding flights and hotel ofc)? If anyone has an idea of the good cafes and restaurants there i'd be thankful for any infos.
