Am I wrong for liking gristle?

Hi everyone, I’m new to this and don’t know where to put this. But I (19 F) and my fiancé (23 M) are very different people obviously but this is a very big difference between us. I love the gristle from chicken legs, and my fiancé thinks I’m weird for it. I grew up eating it so I always thought it was normal and that everyone did it but apparently not.
