Day 38 and very unusual physiology

It's day 38, I mean i know that sometimes we feel pleasure when doing things like aroused. But today it's 8 am in the morning drinking coffee at a coffee shop but this is really foreign sensation to me and I am not sure how to feel about it.

It is an itch deep inside my body deep in my nipple area and deep at my groin. I take that it is arousal so I continue to do my own work. Then I feel my whole body feeling all kinds of weird sensations. I don't think it's orgasm, it felt abit light headed, itchy and travels into my brain feels lightheaded. It is a really pleasant sensation but as I said it still is an itch that is quite strong and you can't scratch it. Feels like it is a long physiological state that I can't do much but to wait for it to pass. This is troubling because I am not able to focus on my work.

Do anyone faced something similar? What did you guys do to focus back on the work when this happens.
