Advice: Has anyone done a full lip combo but left the rest of their face bare? (Free of foundation)

In short I get contact dermatitis from foundation, my eyes burn from mascara/eyeliner, etc.

HOWEVER I can get away with certain lipsticks/gloss Would it look weird/too much if I put effort into a lip combo but left the rest of my face bare?
