Need help deciding between TFO NXT Outfit vs Orvis Clearwater Outfit and the Reddington Wrangler Combo

Located in Western Canada and TFO hq is close to me which is a plus vs Orvis and Reddington. Will be targeting salmon/trout so advice on what weight to get is also appreciated.
