cat clinic for grooming?

i know it sounds dumb, but i had recently got a cat shaver for some sanitary areas for my moms cats. however, my mother who is not smart in the f'in slightest, decided to try and fully shave this cat. the cat will absolutely need sedation, i don't think i can take her to a full groomer because god only knows when she's had her shots updated, and she needs now a full shave including sanitary, but trying to do it at home obviously has been stressing her out.

does anyone have any recommendations? i feel so awful for the poor thing, she's also incredibly overweight which is making it hard for her to clean herself (i've been personally brushing out mats every time she sneaks into my room).
