AIO My waiter could have been recording me?

Today my boyfriend and I tried a new restaurant. Everything seemed fine until I looked up and noticed our waiter was wearing those Meta Rayban glasses with the camera in them. I wouldn’t consider myself a super “private” person, but I immediately felt uncomfortable. I’ve seen videos online of random encounters that were filmed using those things and it made me wonder if the waiter was filming or streaming with those things? The whole time I was eating my meal I saw him glancing over and it made me feel uncomfortable. I do not know his intentions, but I feel like there needs to be some sort of regulation on hidden cameras like that…

Am I overreacting because I lowkey feel a bit violated and kind of want to leave a review about the restaurant because of my experience. I’m surprised that management would even allow a waiter to wear those.
