I Think I Was Born Into a Cult Without Knowing

I just found out some weird things about my birth and family. Certain birth certificate info is missing, rituals were subtly part of my upbringing, and now I realize some family patterns were controlling or manipulative. It’s like my whole life was orchestrated without my consent. Has anyone else ever realized they were raised in a system like this?
