AGI/rent increases

hello! every year, my landlord has applied for a rent increase above the guideline. i always just paid the guideline and set money aside in case it ever got approved. so i got an order stating that the 2023 increase was approved and now i have 90 days to pay the sum of money owed 🙃 however, the order doesn't indicate the amount owing lol. will i get some sort of document stating the amount owing, or do they just expect me to do the math? this is my first time dealing with an AGI being approved so i'm not rlly sure what the next steps are. any advice would be appreciated!!
