Corporate landlords

My lease renewal came in the mail and my rent is going up $55. No improvements, no anything. If I hear “it’s the housing market” one more time I want to put someone through a wall. Tenants need more rights to fight against “inflation” gouging to renters. Time to regulate and take down corporate, out of state landlords. Profit above people is bs.
