I (15m) am scared of going long distance with my gf (F16)

I learned I may have to move during our junior year of highschool (sophomore current). And me and my girlfriend have already talked about the possibility of us going long distance since neither of us want to end things off. And I’m scared because of how much I love this girl. Is there any advice for me to help with the chance of going long distance? At that time I’d have my license and would be a 3 1/2 hour drive from my hometown. I’ve also talked about possibly moving out and living on my own in an apartment with aid from my family. I know that seems sketchy but that’s a last resort. There’s a chance I’d be able to move in with other family members. I’m scared because we’ve helped each other during rough times and I feel like this is a relationship that would last.
