OLED65G2 - poor video on some apps

Anyone have video quality issues on some apps on the OLED65G2? YTTV, Prime, looks great, no issues. However other apps such as Victory+ and ESPN have terrible video issues, the video is steppy/choppy. On Paramount+ I sometimes have audio quality issues.

My backup is an Amazon Fire Cube which is a fairly old generation and ESPN and Victory+ look fantastic on the Fire Cube into the TV, smooth natural looking video which is critical for sports.

TV has a hardwired internet connection and since YTTV and Prime look great I just wonder is it sloppy coding by the developer of the app or what the issue might be?
