Can i manifest a dream face?

I normally was okay with my looks but yesterday i saw a video of those cartoon characters irl and i want to look just like a girl, basically ai if you understood what i mean. Im currently in a state of depression and i dont know if this is possible or how can i achieve it. Any tips would really help.
