Lots of hype saying waiting list is dead.

I have a fair history of watch and jewlery purchases at my AD and i just walked in trying to put my hands on a Pepsi or any gmt with jubilee and no go.

Purchased a few rolexes and non Rolex watches through the years but was told GMT’s are in such demand that they cant even promise me anything before early next year.

Only thing they could offer me today was a rose gold gmt root beer which i find gorgeous but out of budget.

A lot of youtubers are saying it’s the end of waiting lists and so on but really doesn’t seem to be the case at all. Can anyone confirm if your local market is the same ?
