Hi Im 15M I just had a small electric shock from an LED light and I'm scared

I tried touching it and I got a shock, I wasn't thrown back or anything but I felt a small fuzz and my hand was shaking for a bit, but now I'm fine and I can type and stuff

pls help I am very worried of brain damage or something, I called stepdad who is a doctor and he said I'll be fine but I'm still worried because this is my first electric shock

is it normal for people to get these shocks at least once in their life?
