Is ot possible for couple to live together in sfax

Me and my bf (both 19) decided to study (prepa) together in sfax, i am new to it while he lives in a town within the state but has to move to sfax, if we were in tunis it would have been easy to live together and since he can only stay in "l foyer" for just a year he needs to find a house next year, we are thinking of moving in together in order to save money and for us to try the experience of living together since moving to tunis before l prepa ends is impossible, we tried to look everywhere for houses but it is always a dead end, did anyone here ever had this problem and found a solution? I'll be thankful
