WIBTA if I wrote erotica about my co-workers?

I work in a casino as a dealer. I've thought about writing some fiction about some of my coworkers and patrons as inspiration for characters and situations. I don't plan on sharing it with anyone I know, except for posting anonymously, or using any real names. WIBTA if I starting writing some of the fantasies in my head?
