Is this a "normal" pregnancy pain?

Almost 9 weeks and I have an ultrasound apt on Wednesday. I started having this lower left pain today thats gone on all day. Its where my ovary is approximately. Not very painful. Maybe like a 2ish in pain, but fairly constant. Its worrying me because I've had past MCs (but it doesn't feel like that kind of pain). Looking it up, people say it could be early round ligament, but they all mention that its not a dull throb, but a sharp pain that they feel.

Any insight? No bleeding, but I am on progesterone
